Store Manager

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two makes up the store’s leadership team, executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers or part-timers seeking extra income. Through hard work, completing our training programs, and learning the business, they have become industry-leading store management teams. What You Bring

• Ability to oversee customer service, train, and coach store employees.
• Desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficiency in using P&L and store reports to improve performance.
• Experience with cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment by following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• A High School diploma or GED is preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
• A valid Driver’s License and automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
