Job summary

Altar’d State AS Kids in Lone Tree, CO seeks an Assistant Store Leader to drive guest service, sales goals and store operations. You will lead a team, manage payroll, losses and merchandising, while modeling our values.

You will recruit and develop associates, forecast trends, coach performance, and ensure a safe, welcoming shopping environment. Must lift up to 30 lbs and work a fast-paced retail schedule.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Strong guest service focus and team leadership.
• Ability to forecast, budget payroll, and control expenses.
• Experience with merchandising and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all store activities to meet goals, including guest service, sales targets, HR, payroll and expenses.
• Recruit, select and develop associates, provide timely feedback and recognize achievement to drive retention.
• Manage payroll and inventory to meet financial and loss-prevention targets.
• Direct merchandise presentation, restocking and recovery to maximize productivity and guest engagement.
• Communicate effectively with executive team and uphold AS Kids values and standards.
