Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises 2+ full-time employees and assigns tasks.
• Recruits, hires and trains staff delivering excellent customer service.
• Maintains store appearance, stocking, cleanliness, and organization per standards.
• Schedules employees to ensure coverage and customer service needs.
• Promotes safe, professional store image and handles customer issues promptly.
• Reviews daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability.
