• Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations and achieving business objectives.
• Lead, train, and motivate team members to maintain high performance standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Manage inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking merchandise.
• Create and adjust employee schedules to maintain optimal staffing levels.
• Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing store finances, including cash handling and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Contribute to marketing and promotional initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement.
