Job summary

gorjana is seeking a Store Manager to lead the store’s performance, customer experience, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach and recruit, uphold brand standards, and drive store operations while delivering exceptional service to every customer. This role emphasizes leadership, adaptability, and strong communication with the team and customers.

Job description

As the Store Manager, you are responsible for the store’s overall performance, talent initiatives, operational execution, visual standards, and customer experience. Ideal candidates are individuals who are motivated, adaptable to change, coachable, values oriented, strong talent developers, and have a passion for our brand.This opening is for our location at Americana at Brand.

Your Day to Day May Include:

  • Responsible for overall store performance and KPI’s
  • Serve as brand ambassador by showing passion for the brand, educating our customers on our history, and you are knowledgeable about our product and the industry as a whole
  • Experienced in creating effective action plans to maintain or improve performance
  • Knowledgeable in how to build new and repeat business through customer clienteling

  • Proven track record in recruiting, onboarding, and developing both internal and external talent
  • Effective in your communication style, and your messaging energizes and encourages others to want to work together

Compensation:

  • Salary range $75,000- $85,000 (range may vary based on experience)
