You will oversee opening/closing, supervise floor and stockroom, manage staffing and payroll, train the team, and maintain visual displays while upholding brand standards.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role, strong communication, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree OR one year of supervisory experience in a customer-facing role.

Responsabilités

• Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
• Supervise salesfloor & stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service & seamless operations.
• Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
• Train and develop the non-management staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness, while driving sales.
• Build and maintain visual displays.
• Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
• Protect store assets & perform inventory control.
• Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
• Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
• Represent the Brand and Exemplify Company Culture and Values.
