The role requires 4+ years in women’s specialty retail, leadership experience, strong customer service, and the ability to analyze sales trends and manage visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of Women’s Specialty Retail experience preferred, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
• Experience in analyzing business trends and executing action plans.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and merchandising.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage ambiguity with confidence.
• Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
