Job summary

American Giant is seeking a Store Leader for the Chestnut Street location in San Francisco. You will build and lead a high-performing team, grow a loyal customer base, and bridge store operations with headquarters to execute company priorities.

You’ll own sales performance, develop product knowledge across men’s and women’s lines, and drive brand engagement through events, partnerships, and local community outreach. This role offers growth as we expand our retail footprint.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of retail management experience; apparel experience strongly preferred.
• Strong ability to drive sales and own store performance.
• Excellent communication and leadership to develop teams.

Responsibilities

• Own store sales performance and communicate goals to the team.
• Build and retain a loyal customer base through clienteling and follow-up.
• Lead the sales floor with a strong presence and coaching for selling behaviors.
• Serve both men’s and women’s customers with deep product knowledge.
• Act as the voice of the customer to leadership on product and pricing.
