Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years retail management experience.
• Willingness to become trained piercing specialist.
• Proficient with POS system for transactions.
• Stand for shifts and lift 11-35 kg (25-75 lbs).
• Strong math for inventory, sales analysis and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and store targets through promotions and customer engagement.
• Provide memorable shopping experiences reflecting Claire's brand.
• Piercing services: training, piercings, aftercare, sterile environment.
• Oversee store operations: inventory, cash handling, merchandising, promotions.
• Lead, train, and develop the team; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Represent the brand with enthusiasm and keep the store well-merchandised.
