Job summary

Lowe's Companies, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Escondido, CA to lead store operations, drive sales and margin performance, and build a strong customer-focused culture.

You will partner with HR, Asset Protection, and Operations to execute Lowe's strategy and develop talent across the store team. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of leadership in large retail, strong data analysis skills, and a track record of community partnerships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3 years leading associates in large retail with >$20M sales, or 5 years leadership with same.
• 5 years of experience in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Experience building cross-functional relationships in a matrixed environment.
• Experience building partnerships within the community.
• Experience analyzing customer, market, and competitor data to inform decisions.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Ensure associates deliver friendly, professional and timely service to all customers.
• Monitor performance, profitability, and flow-through of store plans and programs.
• Champion asset protection plans to improve safety and security outcomes.
• Oversee store operations including expenses, merchandising, compliance, safety, security, and workforce.
• Lead talent recruitment and development, analyze data to inform store strategies.
