Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor shrink numbers and take corrective actions.
• Supervise general operations of the store and maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage payroll and controllable expenses while meeting corporate objectives.
• Lead, train and coach store associates to meet performance standards.
