Job summary

Majors Management - MAPCO is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive profitability, and deliver a superior guest experience. You will recruit, train, and coach the team, manage inventory, and ensure adherence to company standards.

This full-time onsite role requires flexibility in hours, strong P&L understanding, and a proactive leadership style to foster a people-first culture and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 1 year of retail management experience.
• Must have valid driver's license and MVR.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day store operations.
• Hire and train staff, manage performance.
• Schedule shifts to meet guest demand.
• Drive store profitability and control costs.
• Forecast trends and manage payroll, loss prevention, and controllable expenses.
• Lead a culture of guest service and accountability.
• Communicate objectives and set clear expectations.
• Other duties as assigned.
