Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Willmar, MN seeks a full-time site manager to lead daily operations at our Willmar store.

You will recruit, hire and train staff, supervise cash handling, inventory control, and customer service to ensure a clean, well-stocked and welcoming store environment. Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment listed in the CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in the CSR/ASM job description.
• Ability to use computer, reports, inventory control, cash control, counseling notices, etc.
• A valid driver’s license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings.
• Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English.
• Perform other duties as assigned or delegated by his/her supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized and well kept.
• Schedule employees within guidelines to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement non-discriminatory management skills in hiring, training, counseling and motivating employees.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train employees on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all site staff and the Market Manager.
• Organize and maintain site files and manuals, and ensure reports are completed accurately and timely.
