Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Experience to perform the essential duties and responsibilities.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to use computer, analyze reports, manage inventory and cash control.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked, and well kept.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Implement inclusive management practices in hiring, training, and managing staff.
• Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
• Communicate effectively with all staff and hold regular meetings.
• Organize files, plan actions, and ensure timely reporting and display of merchandise.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
