Job summary

Lids Sports Group in Massachusetts is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach sales associates, and ensure top customer service. You will act as manager on duty, schedule staff, and drive performance.

You’ll deepen product knowledge, support loss prevention, and uphold brand standards while contributing to a fun, inclusive team environment and achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail management and meeting sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Develop store associates through LIDS Training Programs and coaching.
• Administer disciplinary steps including verbal and written warnings.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment aligned with Brand Standards.
• Recruit and train store personnel on operations and procedures.
