• Maintain accurate inventory via shrink control, damages, scans, and paperwork.
• Uphold cash control procedures and cashier accountability.
• Provide superior customer service leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and a safe environment.
• Ensure necessary tools and equipment are available for tasks.
• Follow SOPs, handbook, and communications; ensure compliance.
• Complete all paperwork on time.
