Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in daily operations and ensure best-in-class guest experiences
• Lead and develop team members, especially in the Store Manager's absence
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand standards per company guidelines
• Support inventory and stock management to optimize costs and COGS
• Drive sales growth and contribute to store profitability and KPI monitoring
