Joe & the Juice is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for our Woodbury, NY location to support the Store Manager in daily operations. You will lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced environment while driving operational excellence.

You will coach staff, manage inventory, and contribute to store profitability, with a Moneyball career path and opportunities to grow into senior leadership across cities and roles.

Formación

• 1+ year in a leadership role with team supervision and opening/closing responsibilities
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and collaboration
• Desire to develop into a people-focused leader and pursue a long-term management career

Responsabilidades

• Lead team members in alignment with company principles and store policies
• Coach and train staff to maintain high engagement and performance
• Foster a guest-first culture and build strong guest relationships in the local community
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance across the store
• Assist stock handling, inventory counts, and ordering to optimize COGS
• Support initiatives to drive sales and store profitability while tracking KPIs
