Job summary

REI Co-op in California is seeking a Store Manager to drive daily store operations and manage a retail profit center of $5-$30 million in sales. You will build a strong sales culture, ensure prompt service, meet customer expectations, and lead teams through change with Department Managers and Shop Service Managers.

Bring 3-5 years of retail store management, strong communication, relationship building, and a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of retail store management experience (preferred).
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Open to feedback and other viewpoints.

Responsibilities

• Develop and achieve short and long-term retail plans.

• Oversee store's profitability and financial budgeting.
• Monitor inventory levels, facilities, and other assets.
• Engage in local organizations and community events.
