Responsibilities

• Provide front-store leadership and customer service.
• Support Store Manager with program implementation and staff motivation.
• Delegate responsibilities to ensure smooth operations.
• Coach employees on shift to achieve operational excellence.
• Assist with new employee training and provide feedback.
• Maintain calm during high volume periods and ensure safety.
• Assist in promotions and stock availability.
• Maintain pricing and inventory to standards.
• Ensure compliance with laws and policies.
• Handle deposits and reconcile receipts.
• Communicate maintenance issues and safety policies.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Perform on-site work at store.
• Complete training timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
