Dollar General is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations in San Marcos, TX. You will lead staffing, implement policies, supervise training, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining store security and financial integrity.

Responsibilities include staffing, scheduling, ordering, inventory control and compliance with company standards. The role requires strong leadership and communication skills, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Competenze

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum 1 year of management experience in retail preferred.
Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

Lead store operations, including ordering, receiving, stocking and merchandising.
Recruit, select and retain qualified staff while ensuring proper staffing levels.
Provide training, conduct evaluations and counsel employees as needed.
Oversee cashier accountability, cash handling and security procedures.
Monitor sales, expenses and inventory to identify trends and shrinkage.
Open and close the store on schedule and manage daily safety policies.
Ensure visual standards, pricing accuracy and proper signage in-store.
