Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate to reach sales goals and deliver strong service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restock for seamless shopping.
• Operations Management: oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and processes.
• Support peak operations by lifting boxes up to 50 lbs.
• Sales Management: drive revenue through performance strategies and targets.
• Problem-Solving: address challenges and resolve customer concerns promptly.
