Store Manager

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two make up the store’s leadership team executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers, some even as part-timers seeking extra income. With hard work, completion of our training programs, and a thorough understanding of the business, our store management teams are industry leaders. What you bring:

• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• Focus on high retention through employee development and empowerment.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to implement change.
• Skills in managing cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with health procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications, preferably Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of retail management experience are also considered.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to perform multi-tasking, repeated bending, standing, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
