Job summary

Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Moscow, Idaho. As a Store Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations, hire, coach and direct associates to meet financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The job includes an 8+ week leadership training program. We provide mentorship and support from our Panda Express community; applicants should have a high school diploma, Serve Safe certification, and be flexible to work across a 50-mile radius

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare and lead an 8+ week store leadership training program to set up new leaders for success.
