Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willingness to work in a store within a 50-mile radius.
• Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Serve Safe certified or equivalent food safety training.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and guest experience to meet financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to ensure performance and standards.
• Oversee training and development through the store leadership program.
