Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Oregon. We offer paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and support from a Panda community that cares about your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, hire and direct associates to meet goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Training of 3+ weeks is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single store and supervise associates.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to achieve financial goals and guest experiences.
• Support through leadership training and ensure store success.
