Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operation of a single store and staff.
• Hire, train, and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Lead an 8+ week Store Leadership Training program.
