Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager in Brandon, FL to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will coach a diverse team, manage inventories, and uphold brand standards that reflect Signet’s commitment to a best-in-class experience.

You will report to the District Manager and work across schedules to meet peak-hour demand, with a focus on People First culture and inclusive leadership.

Formación

• Education Required: Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• Preferred or Acceptable Job-Related Experience: at least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience. Preference will be given to candidates with specialty retail or jewelry experience.
• Years of Job-Related Experience Required: at least 3 years of retail sales experience, OR 2 years retail sales experience plus a minimum of 1-year retail management experience. Preference will be given to candidates with specialty retail or jewelry experience. Preference will be given to candidates that are Diamond Council of America (DCA) certified.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of a single store to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and brand representation.
• Coach and develop store staff to promote a People First store environment.
• Develop lifelong relationships with customers and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Ensure effective training, performance expectations, and staff development.
• Maintain brand visuals and marketing execution and foster collaboration with nearby Signet stores.
