Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of college; retail experience preferred.
• 3+ years of retail sales experience or 2 years retail sales with 1 year management experience.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
• Ability to train and develop team members and manage store operations.
