Job summary

maurices, a women’s apparel retailer, is seeking a full-time Retail Store Manager for Store 0275 in Ottawa Center, Ottawa, IL. You’ll lead a high-performance team of 8-20 associates, including 3-4 managers, to create an unforgettable in-store experience that makes customers look and feel their best.

You’ll be responsible for talent selection, onboarding, training and retention, managing omni-channel execution, visual presentation, and store expenses, while engaging with the community and driving

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is required.
• Specialty retail store management experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to identify and develop talent and influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Ability to make sound decisions, take action, and achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Inspiring and directing a team focused on customer obsession and driving and achieving goals (sales, loyalty, talent)
