Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager in Training in Sulphur, LA. You will participate in on-the-job training to learn store operations, merchandising, signage, and display techniques to create an inviting environment for customers.

You will recruit, train, and supervise associates, manage daily store activities, and drive profitability while protecting assets and maintaining high customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years prior retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
