Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a Panda Express store. You will lead a team, oversee hiring and daily operations, and drive guest satisfaction while participating in a leadership training program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work flexible schedule including openings/closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda restaurant.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain store standards.
• Participate in store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
