Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years retail management experience
• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus
• Strong productivity management in freight processing
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and frequent walking, standing, bending, and repetitive lifting

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers
• Coach and develop associates through on-the-job training
• Oversee and delegate store activities for smooth daily operations
• Ensure compliance with laws and company policies
