Job summary

Walmart Inc. in Miramar, FL is seeking a Store Manager to lead the facility operations, merchandising, and team performance in a high-volume market.

You will drive sales, ensure expense control, coach the management team and hourly associates, and maintain compliance with company policies while delivering a premier customer experience. The role requires strong financial accountability, the ability to recruit and mentor staff, and a track record of achieving profit goals in a competitive retail

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees.
• Or 4 years general management experience, including financial accountability and 4 years’ experience supervising at least 50 nonexempt and at least 5 exempt associates/employees.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required as part of minimum qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Directs the management team and hourly associates in facility operations, merchandising and company direction.
• Drives sales and manages expenses to meet budgeted goals in a high-volume retail environment.
• Leads recruitment, training, mentoring, and succession planning across multiple levels of the organization.
