Enmarket is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations across our Georgia locations, including car wash and food service. You will supervise staff, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

The role requires strong leadership, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. We offer comprehensive benefits and career growth within a growing brand.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Budget and P&L understanding.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• Ability to bend down, stoop low, and stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsabilités

• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop all store staff.
• Demonstrate leadership and promote teamwork.
• Motivate staff to continually improve performance.
• Address employee relations issues and provide coaching.
• Supervise scheduling and payroll reporting.
• Develop and manage site-level operating budget.
• Maximize store sales and monitor inventory and shrink.
