Job summary

Enmarket is seeking a General Manager in Savannah, GA to oversee the daily operations of store activities, drive profitability, and lead a team of staff. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting acumen, and a commitment to excellent customer service.

The GM will manage scheduling, training, and performance, ensure safety and compliance, and maintain store standards. Experience in convenience store or retail management is preferred, with flexibility for extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Budget and P&L understanding.
• Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations including and not limited to car wash and food service operation.
• Manage workforce scheduling, training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor budgets, control expenses, and drive store profitability.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws and company policies.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues to maintain satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory, safety, and store appearance to protect assets.
