Enmarket is seeking a friendly Sales Associate in Georgia to join our team and enhance customer experiences at our convenience stores. You will help manage daily station operations, greet customers, and promote specials while upholding safety standards.

The role emphasizes a positive attitude, reliable teamwork, and a strong commitment to accurate reporting and customer service excellence. This is a fast-paced, people-oriented position with opportunities for growth and community involvement.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and write the English language at the eighth-grade level.
• Ability to validate Identification prior to selling tobacco and/or alcohol (as per required under regulations).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in various temperature environments (coolers, outdoors, store).
• Prolonged periods of standing and sitting at a desk.

Responsibilities

• Operate the store during shifts to contribute to profitability and growth.
• Interact with customers in a friendly, professional manner.
• Prepare a shift report at the end of the shift per guidelines.
• Provide the best customer experience and greet every customer with a smile.
• Suggest purchases and promote specials; execute the customer service program at site level.
• Maintain safety and station appearance; comply with environmental and hazardous material regulations.
• Report accidents, injuries, or illnesses promptly; support Safety and Health programs.
