Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of store manager experience with a proven track record for driving sales and profit results and training and developing a team of individuals.
• Proficiency in personal computer use and detailed report analysis.
• High school education or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting in excess of 30 pounds.
• Ability to stand for a minimum of eight hours during scheduled shifts.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and profitability through strategic execution and staff development.
• Lead customer satisfaction initiatives and maintain high service standards.
• Oversee merchandising, store operations, and stockroom organization.
• Recruit, train, and coach staff to ensure exceptional performance.
• Monitor payroll, shrink, and store compliance with company policies.
• Execute loss prevention and policy compliance across the team.
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance reviews to direct reports.
