Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of store management experience in retail.
• High level of customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and develop a schedule to complete tasks.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise considerable independent judgement and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all store operations and ensure company standards are met.
• Staff, trains and develops Assistant Managers, Area Supervisors and non-exempt Associates.
• Manage Stockroom, Front End and Sales Floor to ensure timely merchandise flow and proper receiving.
• Recruit, train and develop Associates; promote retention and performance.
• Manage payroll hours, scheduling, and expense control while ensuring safety and compliance.
