Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume, customer-focused retail environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directs facility operations, merchandising, and company direction for managers and hourly associates.
• Ensures compliance with policies, controls, and safety standards across multiple levels of the organization.
• Leads recruitment, training, mentoring, succession planning, and performance evaluations.
