Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking a General Manager to lead a high-volume store in Louisiana. You will oversee up to 45 employees, drive profitability, and foster a guest-focused culture. The role requires coaching, payroll oversight, and safe, compliant operations.

Leaders are expected to analyze sales data, manage inventories, and implement strategies to grow sales while maintaining exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail, food service, or restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to analyze business metrics and make data-driven decisions.
• Must obtain and maintain Manager Food Handler certification (and alcohol server permit, if required).

Responsibilities

• Effectively execute RaceTrac store plans to ensure brand consistency and guest experience.
• Foster a Guest-Obsessed culture and drive food safety and standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, and staffing to optimize labor costs.
• Lead, coach, and develop Co-Managers and Shift Managers.
