Qualifications

• At least 2 years of retail or customer service management experience.
• The ability to coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable with respect.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A business-minded approach to growing sales and improving store performance.
• Availability for full-time work, regularly exceeding 40 hours per week, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
