Job summary

The Finish Line is seeking dynamic Store Managers for our Longview, Texas locations. You will lead a high‑performing team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and optimize store operations to meet sales targets.

You will recruit and coach staff, manage budgets, and implement local marketing initiatives while ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced retail environment with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2+ years retail leadership preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with track record of achieving sales targets and leading a team.
• Ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
