Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.
• ADA: accommodations available during application process.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Oversee and support a store leadership training program and ongoing career development.
• Lead and motivate team, handle guest concerns, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
