Qualifications

• Two or more years of Store or Assistant Store Manager experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to supervise, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Ability to set priorities and exercise independent judgment.
• Maintain high quality of Customer service.
• Fluency in English.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.
• Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations used in retail

Responsibilities

• Lead all Company Best Practices and maximize productivity while minimizing steps.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate controllable expenses and overall performance.
• Ensure compliance with Company standards and procedures.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives.
• Ensure compliance with state, local and federal regulations.
• Oversee payroll administration and scheduling.
• Recruit, hire, train and develop non-exempt Associates.
• Assist with inventory and loss prevention initiatives.
• Provide strong customer service and merchandise presentation in-store.
• Represent the Ross brand and maintain professional appearance and store cleanliness.
