• Run the business: Own cost control, inventory, cash handling, paperwork, and profitability
• Take care of customers: Greet guests with energy, handle orders quickly, and resolve concerns with a positive attitude
• Keep the store sharp: Maintain cleanliness, equipment, and image standards
• Grow sales: Drive local marketing efforts and find new ways to sell more pizza
• Jump in where needed: Make product to spec, process phone orders, receive and stock deliveries, and make deliveries when the store needs you
