The ideal candidate has restaurant leadership experience, strong coaching and cost-control abilities, and a proven customer-service track record.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant management or comparable leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
• Proven ability to deliver great customer service.
• Understanding of labor management, inventory, and cost control.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate others and hold a team accountable.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on sales and profitability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on restaurant environment.
• Availability to work a schedule that supports restaurant operations, including evenings and weekends.
• Domino's experience is a plus, but strong leadership and restaurant management experience are highly valued!

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant to deliver outstanding customer experiences and strong financial results.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a strong team and develop future leaders.
• Set clear expectations, monitor performance, and drive accountability.
• Manage labor costs, food costs, inventory, and waste while maintaining quality.
• Oversee daily operations, ensure safety, cleanliness, and compliance with policies.
