Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Must pass a criminal background check and motor vehicle record check
• Valid driver’s license and access to an insured vehicle for deliveries

Responsibilities

• Lead your team: Hire, train, schedule, and coach a crew to meet Domino’s standards.
• Run the business: Own cost control, inventory, cash handling, paperwork, and profitability.
• Take care of customers: Greet guests, process orders quickly, resolve concerns with a positive attitude.

• Grow sales: Drive local marketing and find ways to sell more pizza.
• Jump in where needed: Prepare product, handle phone orders, receive and stock deliveries, and deliver when required.
