Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Openings require a flexible schedule including openings, closings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest-experience standards.
• Lead and develop staff through the 12+ week training program and ongoing performance evaluations.
• Drive store performance toward goals while upholding Panda's culture and leadership expectations.
