Job summary

Sun Auto Tire & Service is seeking a Store Manager to lead a fast-paced automotive service and tire center. You will drive store performance, manage personnel, and ensure high-quality guest services, while controlling costs and improving profitability.

The role requires 2+ years in a leadership position within retail or automotive service, with a strong emphasis on sales, customer service, and team development. Relocation to open stores may be needed; weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience leading a team in retail or automotive service.
• Proven track record of meeting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit goals.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet Sun Auto’s driving requirements.
• Willingness to relocate or placement in an open store upon program completion.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days per week, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set expectations and communicate regularly with employees on job responsibilities, goals, training, development, and customer service.
• Recruit, interview, and hire new employees in partnership with HR; conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Analyze and measure business trends; develop plans to maximize sales and meet targets.
• Maintain store assets, ensure proper closing procedures, and manage expenses.
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising standards, and timely return of unused parts to vendors.
